Permanent Makeup is a cosmetic procedure of tattooing makeup, is a process of implanting pigment into the upper layer of the skin – epidermis. The epidermis is the outer layer of skin that is visible to all and is constantly shedding and renewing itself. The process of cells turnover makes color fades.
The tattoo process deposits the pigment into the second layer of the skin, dermis. The cells of the dermis are far more stable than the cells of the epidermis, so the tattoo’s ink will stay in place, with minor fading and dispersion, for a person’s entire life.
